The Great Mine Tour (English)

Your journey begins at Anfarten, and from here, you’ll follow the same soot-stained tunnels once traveled by miners. At depths of 55 and 60 meters, you’ll explore sections only accessible on this tour. Expect wet and muddy conditions, boots are recommended. Some areas extend beyond the illuminated paths, where you'll experience total darkness.

After ascending back to the surface, the tour continues above ground and ends in The Miners’ Village, a reconstructed 16th-century mining settlement. Here you’ll enjoy a sandwich and a warm or cold drink. A perfect opportunity to unwind and ask any remaining questions.
